Help me!
I went to the doctors on Wednesday and was told I'm 1 almost 2 cm dilated and 60% dilated. I've been having contractions I've walked tried castor oil and nipple stimulation nothing is helping break my water any suggestions? How do I know if I'm more dilated?
I'm 37+3 and I'm 2 cm and 60% as well the suggestion my dr gave me was nipple stimulation and sex.... He said sperm has something in it to help soften the cervix and get things moving but in the end it's all up to your body ... If there was a way to put myself into labour now I would lol
