getting excited!

Finally in the 3rd trimester and I had to talk my husband into having a shopping spree for the baby. We have money set aside for her, but I think he just enjoys seeing it in the bank, lol! We aren't having a baby shower (I feel strange letting someone who isn't my mother, lol, spend $ on me) so, we have to get everything ourselves. I had a miscarriage 2 months before this pregnancy so I think subconsciously I have been afraid of losing her, therefore not wanting to buy anything! Now I can finally breathe!
What are some must-have items that you ladies have already gotten?

I'm not sure where your from but if you have a babies 'r' us in your area they have a list of all the essentials you will need for the baby. They usually provide them when you register but I'm pretty sure they will give you one if you ask

Awe. I actually saved alot for baby too and I like the way my savings looks. Haha. So I get that. Anyway we did register at some places we let family know but didn't make it a requirement and I only put big price items on it because  they'll give us 15% off in items that weren't purchased so that works in my favor, I will let family know that I'm not crazy or asking for everything to be paid for it just makes sense.

This is my second. I'm mostly wondering what hot new items are big amongst new mommies?

Nice I'm glad you are this far along!!! Shopping is so fun. If this is your first then you def need crib, diapers, shampoo or body wash, wipes, pacifier, at least 2 good bottles, cholic drops, a diaper bag, powder, rash cream, a thermometer, blankie, onesies, I think those are necessary. Sure I'm forgetting something. Lol
