cramps

I've had lower abdomen cramps almost all day. They hurt so badly. I'm 16 weeks 4 days. Is this normal? I haven't experienced this at all until today.

I had the same problem at 12 weeks and ended up in the ER with appendicitis

I am 16wk n 4 days also n been having the same thing today n im so worried 2 idk if thats normal :(
