K this is a weird one, but my mom and sister swear by it. If you're having leg cramps while in bed get a small piece of bar soap and put it under the sheets, down by your feet. Apparently it totally makes them go away. Both me and my sis are pregnant and she gets really bad leg cramps and varicose veins, but apparently this totally makes the pain go away. I haven't had to try it yet, so I can't vouch for it myself. It can't hurt anything!

Eat bananas,  add a little more salt to your diet and try adding lemon to your water. My mw told me this stuff to try yesterday.  If cramps are really bad try magnesium. :-)
