How many centimeters dilated do you have to be to be admitted in the hospital? Even if your water hasn't broke.
Every hospital is different and it also depends on how far away you live. Some hospitals will take u as soon as there is show and you might barely be dilated. My first hospital did that for me. My second hospital took me right away also, just because. Maybe it was a slow night for them? And now with this hospital I live about an hour and a half away and my Dr said as soon as anything happens out of the ordinary even mild cramping that I need to head to labor asap. Also this hospital doesn't make you wait until you're dilated a certain % to get the epidural if u want it. Just as soon as u get there if u want it u get it no questions asked. I think this makes it my most favorite hospital by far! Lol
