I'm due in ten days also, and on Monday I was told I'm 1 cm dilated (hopefully I'm more so by now) lol.
There's certain methods that cause contractions, and there's some that help your cervix to soften and dilate... Try pineapple, mango and/or kiwi! It helps your body produce a chemical that softens your cervix. I made a smoothie tonight that I got online- 1 cup of fresh pineapple, 1 cup of mango, 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt and ice! Even if it doesn't help me, it was really good! Lol

Those last few days seem to be the hardest for everyone! I'm so impatient aahhh!! Due in 9 days and only 1cm dilated as well. Doc says cervix is still very tight so he will most likely come late :(

I was only one cm on my due date. But a softened cervix. Honestly you could stay dialed at 2-3 for weeks. Everyone's body is different. It'll happen soon. I pray. I'm 2 days past my due date and don't think he will ever come out.

I feel your pain. Due Monday and this little guy is holding on for dear life. Only experiencing Braxton Hicks. No dilation, no thinning. I keep telling myself, patience! He'll be ready soon enough. Good luck.
