I take unisom when I am unable to sleep, it works wonders. Just be sure you have plenty of time dedicated to sleeping, plus like any other sleep aid expect to feel a little groggy when you wake up.

I use a body pillow and have a fan blowing. That seems to help with my sleeping issues.

I called my doctor she said that taking unisom or Benadryl as needed is completely safe and might help with falling asleep. I am desperate and might try tonight.

I am right there with ya. Things that help me are my body pillow..which is  a must!! And I have an app on my phone called sleepy sounds that plays white noise. When all else fails I get comfy on my recliner and for some reason I can fall asleep pretty quickly out there.

I read a book every night in bed to put me to sleep,  but I wake up almost 3 times during the night. I wish I could help but it's a common problem for most of us around 17 weeks.
