flip flops?

My feat get swullen and soar so much lately. Ill even wake up with swullen feet and hands. They'll both be sore. I often feel like I have blisters on the bottom of my feet. I hurd flip flops rnt good to wear during pregnancy. Its hell on your feet. Is that true?

I wear flip flops all the time, I've seen my midwife, ultrasound technician, and a specialist today and none of them told me not to wear them (most other women there were wearing them too).

I wear flip flops all the time. Doc has never said that I shouldn't.

I use flip flops that I got at Walmart. They have memory foam in them and they offer support and don't hurt my feet at all. The doctor said it's fine. It's literally all I wear now. You might want to look into them they were under $15.

That's all I use support or not its the only comfortable thing for me now. especially with all the swellen and stuff plus if I wear tennis shoes my heels hurt really bad so I think it depends on you everyone is diff but good luck with everything

The only kind of flip flops I found that actually feel comfortable and doesn't leave my feet in pain would be Nike Celso Womens flip flop. They are flip flops but its not flat, so it won't hurt your foot. Seems like the only thing I can wear and not be in pain about now lol.

Its true cause I saw a girl who went with flip flops to her check up and the nurses went of on her saying that it wasn't okay because they don't offer support at all and It can cause swelling on your feet.

I would assume it is probably true because they offer absolutely no support. Maybe look for some sandals that have some arch support.
