What can I do to help nausea?

No matter what I do i am always sick. I don't throw up but I feel like if I did I would just feel so much better. It's to the point to where I can't do anything at work because I feel so sick all the time. It's driving me insane

Only thing that got me through the first trimester of my last pregnancy was drinking ensure.   I couldn't stand to eat anything.   My second pregnancy I was so sick and vomiting so much that my doc gave me Zofran... I call them miracle tabs cause they literally worked in seconds

Same here - 9 wks tomorrow. I've never vomited but frlt nauseous all the time. I have to eat every 2 hours. No joke, if I don't eat for 2.5 hours, I feel sick and useless. Luckily, it only takes a little bit to keep the nausea at bay: an apple, crackers, pretzels work great too. I keep hearing how symptoms go away into the second trimester....I'm counting down the hours!

I try and eat saltine crackers throughout the day! But I'll definitely try the apples and peanut butter. My friend told me what got her through her first trimester was ******* pops so I'm going to try and find some!! Hopefully I can find something that helps!

I have to snack constantly! Try eating crackers before you get out of bed in the morning. Also try Apple's in peanut butter the protein in the peanut butter helps me feel better.

Eat small meals throughout the day... Crackers, toast, jello etc. Usually stuff that settles stomachs during a stomach bug will help with the nausea... I'm ten weeks as of tomorrow and have been quite sick but if I eat snacks like toast and crackers I'm set. Also try eating unsalted saltine crackers BEFORE getting out of bed first thing in the morning, it will help ease the nausea...
