Avoid: processed meats (too much sodium), mouldy cheeses (blue cheese etc), unpasteurised dairy products, un(der)cooked food, raw fish, seafood (like swordfish, shark, tuna, king mackerel due to mercury seafood like shrimp, atlantic salmon are ok once a week there are others you can eat too), fried rice (rice cooked, cooled and then reheated the next day due to bacteria).
Well there's most fishes and seafood, deli meats, and anything with aspartame. That's all I can think of right now. I just try to make healthy choices. It seems there's always something new coming out in a study about what pregnant women can and cannot do. I had my first almost 9 years ago and I lived on ham sandwiches and Carvel thick shakes but now on my fourth I really watch what I eat cause the weight will not drop off so easily anymore
