I know im going to fail both. I have such a sweet tooth with this one. Watched what  i ate with the last one and still failed both. Thinking about telling them to just skip the first one and give me the second one. That way i only have to take that disgusting drink once.

I've already been told to watch what I eat because I have too much amniotic fluid and the baby is bigger for dates... It *****! U don't realise that EVERYTHING is a carbohydrate! No bread, pasta or potatoes for me :-( sticking to meat, veg, fruit and some dairy.... It's easy after a while but if you cheat and eat carbs u end up back at square one with the cravings!

My Dr didn't make me do the test last pregnancy, but I remember the juice was kind of yucky my first pregnancy. Hoping I can avoid it this time too.

First pregnancy i was told not to fast so i didnt and i failed the one hour so i had to do the 3 hour fasting one.  I ate a normal breakfast for the 1 hour.  This time i think i will not eat breakfast and go first thing in the am! I have a toddler.  I do not have 3 hours to waste sitting in a lab!

Not ready this time around, with my son I had no issue chugging the liquid down. But this time around everything still makes me sick, so not sure how im going to keep it down without gagging or vomitting.

My doctor said I can eat and drink just nothing sweet because it can alter the test and you'll have to drink the stuff again

I was told to fast for 4 hours but it'll be like fasting from the night before since my apt is early morning. They said I could have water though.

I think I get mine in March but the crazy thing is my baby does not like sweets except for a couple different of fruits! Every time I eat snacks he doesn't like them and well the rest is history! I'm not big on sweets anyway but even less now that I'm pregnant!  Good luck!
