heart burn relief!!??!!

So i have acid reflux even before my pregnancy but it has turned into a living hell. Something as simple as an apple or a drink of milk will trigger it. I have tried everything. Tums have quit working. I use papaya enzymes and they help a little bit. I have the head of my bed raised 4 inches off the floor. I ear a yogurt every night before i sleep which also helps a tad bit. Over all every night when i lay down i get the worse pain in my throat and chest, im already short of breath and this makes it 10 times worse. Any advice?

I don't know if u have it in the US but iv had bad heartburn since brig pregnant and I find Gaviscon has been amazing, gets rid of it almost instantly. They come in different forms, I take the chewable tablets, two at a time and they're great x

Try Zantac! I've recently been dealing with massive heartburn and those things work miracles. Good luck!
