heating pad
Okay ladies the heating pad works I've been using it for a few nights and it helps me sleep these lil boys are no joke on the back lol!
Im so hot all night though. I have fans on and only a sheet. Its 30 degrees outside. I'm going to die when its hot. Ftm. 34. 15w +6
oooooo .... good to know! i wake up a few times during the night either from back pain or because i need to pee. or both. i can see a heating pad feeling wonderful! ..... time to invest.
