I also get calf cramps and foot cramps, it helps to massage them out when it happens and they say to eat more bananas, I guess maybe not getting enough potassium good luck :)
I have been getting foot cramps and calf cramps since 4 weeks. It's normal. Drink more water throughout your day and stay hydrated. It should help. Also, stand flat footed, keeping heel on floor, and squat forward slightly, pushing knees forward toward toes. It will help to stretch it out slightly.
