I am 4 months and my stomach is flat , Does it have too do with that this is my very first baby ?

Most likely. I wore my regular jeans until I was 5 months with my first. This one will be my fourth and I started showing at 8 weeks.
Same here. I feel like some of my coworkers don't believe I'm actually pregnant lol. I can't wait to have a cute baby bump.
