hibiclens for gbs test

I was doing some reading on the perineal massage and ran across some new info.
so I guess the hibiclens is used in the vagina of gbs positive women in labor in europe. Here in the us they do iv antibiotics (which can kead to antibiotic resistance in the newborn but different soap box for another day!)
Well upon read in it states if you do a hibiclens of your vagina/rectum 6 hours before your gbs test it will cure gbs colonization if you have it thus giving you a gbs neg test!
Have you ladies heard of this?

No its actually treats it supposedly. I read in europe if mom is pos then during labor some midwives will use hibiclens instead of antibiotics during labor.

Never heard of but I know my midwife gave me antibiotics for my gbs when I was like 14 weeks. She said it showed up in my urine.
