I'm not high risk but I am being monitored closely. I have had a miscarriage before.. Fainted and stopped breathing a week prior to me finding out that I'm pregnant.. And my step child was born with a hole in his heart.

I am high risk due to 3 past miscarriages after having my first child who is now 7. And because I was on a medication where your not supposed to get pregnant BC it can cause fetal death and serious birth defects. But so far so good I am 7 weeks today. I feel blessed and that this pregnancy will turn out okay.

PCOS put you at high risk for gestational diabetes because it's insulin resistance.

Advanced maternal age (37), history of pelvic cancer surgery, PCOS, MTHFR C677T homozygous mutation, IVF/FET, subchorionic hematoma in early pregnancy (diagnosed at week 6), history of chorioamnionitis in prior pregnancy, and family history of partial 3p trisomy, high blood pressure, CAD, diabetes.  All that being said, I feel really great about this pregnancy.  I think we will make it full term with a scheduled c-section.

Pcos doesn't necessarily mean high risk.

I am high risk BC of my age-39.  I have an appt with a specialist on the 24th.  If everything checks out well then I go back yo my regular on/gyn for the duration of the pregnancy unless something else appears during the pregnancy.

High risk because of pcos? Why would that be? I have pcos and went through IVF and I'm not considered high risk that I'm aware of?

I'm high risk due to my advance maternal age, I'm 36, And with my first baby I had an accreta, velamentous cord, and an early necrotic calcified grade 3 placenta
