Im 9weeks on my 2nd pregnancy, i just tend to go by the rule of if it feels like its straining or difficult to lift, dont do it! Though there is no connection to heavy lifting and miscarriage to worry about, you are more prone to pulling muscles and getting back pains and cramps as a result, if you heavy lift regularly anyway, its advised to just stick with what your body is accustomed to if you have to continue with it, i asked and researched it alot as im moving house atm and my partner kicked up a stink about me movkng furniture so i wanted to find out!

I would not lift over 50lbs...or anything that makes you feel like you're straining. Be safe and good luck!
