Braxton hicks and eating cause that tight feeling for me. I noticed when I feel like I can not breath. I raise my hands over my hand which allow my chest cavity to expand making breathing so much easier for me.

Ya. Mine too. It's the stomach stretching out. Keep using lotion or oils, it doesn't help the discomfort, but it will or may help with stretch marks. I drink tea and sit up or elevate my legs and sometimes it helps me feel more comfortable.

Laying down helps with me. I usually lay on my side and just lay there for awhile

It could be from eating. Or just one of those moments where your stretching more. Your body should adjust soon :) have a safe and blessed pregnancy <3 and delivery :)
