Yea i know what you all mean. I'm 35 weeks and my baby is large, 75th percentile  or 6 ibs. I talked to my midwife about inducing at 37 weeks and she recommends it because my son was born on his due date at 8 ibs 12oz. Women in my family make BIG babies with broad shoulders and big heads. I gave bir th to him vaginally and naturally just escaping an emergency c section by a couple minutes and then he got stuck due to shoulder dystocia. I do not want to have the same traumatic childbirth experiance with this one. I'm planning in doing lots of walking, squats, yoga, and at 37 weeks I'm doing an acupuncture induction. I'm also drinking raspberry leaf tea. Last night I was miserable , just so uncomfortable and trouble sleeping. I'm ready to pop this baby out. My Dr was saying it could even be born now and be healthy because it's so big. Lol . I'm like yes, I'm ready just get this baby out of me!

I'm miserable as well. I'm 36+4 and I'm pretty much waiting until I'm 38 weeks and going to bounce on the exercise ball and do all the things to induce labor until he is out. Lol. Babies are full term at 37 weeks but their lungs can sometimes not be fully developed until 38. Good luck. I hope things get better for you all! We are in the home stretch!!

Is know I get so jealous when I hear all these births stories and I'm here begging for some contractions or a sign of labor something. Sounds selfish but I'm sorry

I know how you feel! I teach elementary school and at 34 weeks I am literally counting down the days... My baby boy kicks and turns all day long which is not cute anymore, it's just plain uncomfortable. I can't sleep due to acid reflux, and I've been taking Prilosec since week 20 due to awful heartburn. It doesn't help. The feet swelling is out of control and gets worse every day! I'm with you, I want to hold him! Come on Connor!
