i want to eat all the time

My first trimester SUCKED I was nauseous and never hungry so I hardly ate a thing.now I'm14 weeks and ALWAYS hungry no amount of food helps and it's the painful kind of hungry where it feels like I have not eaten in days. Any suggestions as to what I can do to make this stop or lessen it? We don't have enough food for me to be eating as much as I am a day

I am the exact same way. I've never eaten so much in my life. I'm always hungry. And if I don't eat every 2 hours I get this really sick empty feeling in my stomach that makes me want to puke. I've been nauseous all my first trimester so I'm hoping this start to slow down now that the second is starting :)

I'm the same way! I'm 11 weeks and hungry all the time. If I eat something 30 minutes to an hour later I feel like I'm starving. Just drink plenty of water and eat every 2 hours or so..eat foods that will fill you up like oatmeal with dry fruit and nuts. I still snack all the time though I can't help it LOL plus my job is very physical so I burn a lot of calories throughout the day so my doctor recommend I eat more than the average lady anyways

Drink lots of water. It will help you feel fuller. Also eat high fiber. Stock your purse with baggies of things like carrots and granola. Maybe you just need 6-8 small meals a day, and by that I mean snack size meals.
