losing weight

Im 6w3d pregnant.
Im 5'7 and when I was 4 weeks I was 129lbs, I weighed myself yesterday and im down to 125.
I know its only four pounds but i feel like the nausea im getting (no throwing up yet, when did you moms to be start throwing up?) But I get sick to my stomach ALOT, so I dont and cant eat a lot.
I am under some stress too and monday-saturday im either working 9-9 or in school 9-9...

Is losing weight normal?
Any suggestions for eating?

I've lost 3 lbs in just over a week. I don't throw up, but my nausea gets bad any time I eat more than a really small meal. So I am eating really small meals really often.

What to expect when you're expecting says losing weight in the 1st trimester is normal bc of morning sickness.  You will just have to make up for it when you aren't sick anymore. If you can't keep anything down, you may need to see your dr incase you become dehydrated.
