meat

I was told not to eat sandwich meat cold.
Ugh.... I miss eating sandwiches honestly

My doctor gave me the ok to eat some cold meats only if im careful about where i get it.

With my first the doctor  never mentioned not to eat deli so I would constantly  eat subway. This time they told me to avoid it due to bacteria.

I've eaten lots of cold sandwiches during my pregnancy and have been fine. If it's a sketchy restaurant or deli or has been in the fridge in a while then I would skip it but I think if you're just smart about it you'll be okay :-)

Me too CandaceR22. I have become addicted to grilled cheese with tomato and bacon.

I eat cold sandwiches all the time as well. In the next for years they are going to cut out all foods, I swear. Haha

Grilled cheese in the oven is good. I honestly think it's better than in the pan but it takes longer

I just don't like sandwich meat heated up unless it's with grilled cheese

I warm up.my.meat amd eat it ALL the time. Like 2 sandwhiches a day..I eat tons of subeay to and get that toasted. 33 weeks with a healthy boy:)
