not gaining weight=worried momma

So I'm not really gaining weight ( only 2pounds) but the weird thing is my stomach is undoubtedly getting bigger.  I wish I could post pics...with my son I was so skinny there was nowhere for my weight to go but up, lol now not so much the same..a little worried but not extremely because of my belly...anyone else experienced or experiencing this?

I have other health issues at the moment  (a gallbladder that needs to come out as soon as baby gets here) and have lost about 28 pounds and probably more since i dont know my prepregnancy weight before all this happened! I am average sized so i had a bit to lose! I have had to drastically change my diet plus throw in some morning sickness which thankfully has subsided. I am almost 18 weeks and my doctor isnt too concerned as long as i am eating which i obviously am.  He says baby is getting what he/she needs first and i am just suffering weight wise. That is somewhat comforting but i understand what you mean when we are losing or maintaining weight when we should be gaining so it is worrysome. My body has changed in that i have a baby bump and bigger breasts but have lost noticeable weight in my thighs and face. My next appointent is in about a month and he is hoping that i have at least stopped losing as much.  I am on a no fat, no dairy (basically anything that tastes good) diet. My doctor has asked that introduce a little skim milk to my diet if i can handle it to maybe fatten me up some. I get excrutiating pains when i eat something my gallbladder doesnt like. It is no fun but a slice of pizza will send me to the hospital for emergency surgery and i am doing everything i can to avoid surgery while pregnant! Hopefully you can put on a few pounds to put your mind at ease! I am sure baby is doing just great!  Funny that we are complaining about not gaining weight! Never thought that would happen!

I have lost 15 lbs since I got pregnant (a Pound a week) so I have to monitor what I eat and my weight daily. At 15 weeks im not even close to showing and the 15 lbs ive lost is actually pretty noticeable in my face and neck.

My first pregnancy lost 5lb the first few weeks and I only gained 5lbs the first 20 weeks. I gained another 5lbs the next 10 weeks after that. Then I gained 13lbs in the last 10.6 weeks. 23lbs total. Baby was 8lb 9oz. I was back to pre pregnancy weight by 10 days post partum. It was all just baby and water weight.

I have been eating like a pig and I have lost 8pounds, it wasn't due to morning sickness or lost of appetite, I ate normally like I would abd was surprised to lose some weight.

I am now 15 weeks and I am now not able to eat a full mean, I am getting full to quickly, a half of a sandwich will keep me full for 5 hours versus the 2 hours

I'm 14w tomorrow and I know I lost about 1kg due to horrible cramping at the beginning and which caused lack of apatite. Then maybe lost another 1kg just yesterday as I think I got food poisoning the other night ]: my stomach is getting bigger and it's clear to see there's a baby in there but just finding it hard to put weight on :l

U not putting on as much weight can sometimes mean a slightly smaller baby. Both my other 2 children were just over 7pd and heathy full term babies. :-)
