I have had acid reflux and heart burn daily really bad and some days it depends on what I eat and other days it doesn't matter. I have started to drink more water it helps a bit. Still haven't found the perfect solution to the problem yet. Iam in week 30

I've had it bad my entire pregnancy. My only bad side effect so I guess I'll count my blessing there. I'm choosing to not take any form of medicine weither over the counter or prescription. So natural remedies my dr told me to try is drink gingerale I have a can by my bed at night because that's when it's the worse. Also to not eat late and of course avoid big meals and spicy food. I find gingerale is all that helps and it doesn't do much but hey its all worth it to keep me and baby healthy :)

I've only just started to get it too. 34 weeks tomorrow! I find eating smaller meals helps me :)

Try having it for 30 weeks none stop and still going strong :(
I've tried tums, pepcid ac,maalox, milk and apple cider vinegar. None has helped but finally my midwife prescribed something stronger I hope it works. You should try some of those methods cause what doesn't work for some can work for others. Good luck
