Whooo, I've been wondering the same thing. I've had dull pain now and again. Glad to hear that the consensus says it's normal. ☺

Wow. Everyone must know me somehow! My family tells me to slow down and don't do so much. It's natural for MW to move around. Thanka everyone, I will take it easy and drink more water!!

I've had these their like menstrual cramps, but I've always had.them early on. Gotta be careful cuss it can be early sign of early labor. I've preterm labor twice with my kids, this is why I'm on progesterone shots once a week. Good luck keep hydrated and don't overwork your body

Yeah, I'm 23wks and the menstrual-like cramps started again. It isn't severe but it does make me tired, so tired I have to take a nap. You need to keep hydrated and force yourself to bedrest. Take it easy, baby will be getting heavier everyday from now, so be mindful about how you get up, do it slowly. Try gentle rubbing and breath deeply. Hope you feel better soon.

Over working your self and not stayin hydrated also causes cramps, make sure you're not over doing it and drinking plenty of water!!

I've gotten period like cramps all through the pregnancy.  I've read that its because everything is shifting around and growing
