I drink ENSURE...its complete...and now im taking the milk chocolate powder Breakfast essentials by Carnation which is high in protein, calcium, vit D and C..

I agree about the non pasteurised, very risky!! Just stick to store bought

I used to drink raw but now that I am  pregnant I do NOT. It is a very big risk since raw milk is not pasturized. So anything that may have been transferred from the cow or the hands that process will go into your milk, then belly then baby. I have a fertility doctor, doula, mid wife AND Chinese herbal acupuncturist....I kid you not...ALL said absolutely no unpasteurized anything.  Super important things are pasturized. I DO however drink organic grass fed non homogenized milk :) I urge u not to do raw. I am a nutrition major who eats raw organic and local. I am dye hard local organic person but I know that that isn't smart in pregnancy when it comes to raw dairy products at all!  That meant in switched out my butter, cream cheese, cheeses and milk. Find a natural food store and look for grass fed organic dairy products.  Super super important to your health as cows and chickens are the most polluted animals when it comes to hormones and feed when they are factory cows :( when u buy cheap u get cheap. It's a good time to switch :) my local dairy ins Straus Family Dairy. My milk comes in a glass jar. I will return to raw after done breastfeeding baby. Not a say before :) research it online and you'll see the research is clear.... stay away from raw dairy and juices when carrying

Try skimmed milk, any brand is good.

Where do get RAW milk, and is it safe during pregnancy? And what do you think about Almond or soy milk?

I only drink RaW milk straight from the dairy it's way better for u than store bought
