7up is helping for me .. its seems to be settling my stomach some bit.. I have to have a bottle of 7up redi in the morning . Drink 7up free cause theres so caffeine in that.. and try eat straight away .. the sickness is worse when your hungry

Thanks everyone! Munching on saltine crackers and sipping ginger ale right after I wake up and throughout the day really helps!
flat lemonade or ginger buiscuits work a treat for me.
I cut caffeine and sugary treats from my diet. Feeling so much better!

But personally I take 2 teaspoons of emetrol in the morning or whenever I start to feel nauseas. Its helped me past two days.
Mine was horrible too! Finally my dr prescribed me zofran, it helped a ton and I could finally keep food down. I was throwing up at least 10-15 times a day, not healthy at that point!
Before getting of from bed in the morning eat some saltines..doc also recomended that i eat snacks thru out the day and night she has me waking up two time at night and eat nutrition bar since she said the morning sickness is due to baby been mad coz his hungry i tried it last night it was hard to eat while half asleep but i woke up much better no nausea..im eating atleast every two hours but small things like fruit or yogurt..(healthy). Also try 7up or sprite..i also sometimes have lime with salt and it helps..hope something that i mention works for you.
