Sometimes eating something with salt helps me get over the nausea. Chips help alot. Try eating crackers or French fries.

I'm 5 weeks and no nausea yet but I have no appetite though,  nothing sounds good, I can go all day without food. I force myself to eat for the baby. Also just quit smoking,  since I just recently found out I'm pregnant.  It's so hard not to smoke. I don't know if not smoking is making me feel bla:(

I am the exact same way! I am so hungry but anytime I look or think or talk about food I get nauseous and throw up! I cant even drink anything! I am due June 5 making 6 weeks today. I hope this eases up soon. Also, a coworker gave me her leftover Zofran from her pregnacy July and I took one today...what did your doctor tell you. I don't go into mine until Oct 24th at 8 weeks.
