I don't want to eat or drink. there's only a few things I want to eat . but every time after I eat I get more nauseous than before. I qant to throw up and nothing comes out. I can't even drink water. how are you guys holding up? I just feel sick all the time. is there anything that you are doing that is helping?

thanks girls. I tried but it's not working. I don't want to smell food, cook it or be near it. but I know I have to eat. and then I'm hungry, I'm nauseous and my stomach is hurting me. I just hope this goes away soon. I just feel  miserable all day I can't even concentrate at work. but in the end it will be all worth it. thank you for the advice ladies :)

I'm 7 weeks tomorrow, and I'm experiencing the same thing. I have terrible nausea, but no vomiting. The only thing that seems to help me a little bit is to suck on sugarfree hard candy. I hope  this helps!

I wake up feeling starved. But the sound of food makes me want to puke. Try nibbling on saltine crackers, seems to work for me.
