no bleeding

If I dont bleed at all does that mean everything ia good? I'm going on 12 weeks

I experienced "spotting" during my pregnancy. It was due to being dehydrated, sex, a UTI or physically doing to much house chores. As long as it is not associated with nausea, vomiting, fever or cramping then a little spotting should not be a problem unless you have other medical problems.

My Dr said bleeding was not good in pregnancy. So no bleeding is a great thing!

Hope so i havent had any bleeding eather 10 weeks
