symptoms are gone, SUPER scared im having a miscarriage!!!

All of my pregnancy symptoms are gone, i havent gained any weight, i have no bump, and i feel no occasional tummy aches due to the uterus stretching as i did before. Im 11+3 weeks pregnant and we had an early ultrasound week 7 and everything was ok. But the machine was just a small one and we will have the first propee ultrasound next thursday. Im worried sick and im scared they wont find a heartbeat. If i lose this baby i dont know what will i do. I love my husband and we felt so blessed to have a baby and now i cant relax as i have no pregnancy symptoms and waiting a week till the ultrasound seems too mucj to handle.

I'm 12w 4d and trust me it's completely normal! I know u read about people feeling this and that, everyone is different!! Personally I have vomited 4 times, no sore boobs, no other pregnancy symptom (I completely understand now how ppl get pregnant and go into labor and swear they didn't know!!) I have had 5 scans (IVF baby) and all have been perfect, you'll b fine!

I think it's normal for symptoms to leave around this time. Stay faithful and relax. I'm 12 weeks today and haven't had any symptoms at all . No weight gain.. nothing.. my ob said I'm lucky. I'll pray that it's not what you think. And I honestly think that if you were misscarrying or did.. you would know it.. Best wishes.

Take a breath and relax, I also have this fear. But like stated above majority of my symptoms faded away at about 8-9 weeks and now I'm 11w 1d. Even though I haven't felt many symptoms lately I saw my lil bb happy as can be bouncing around yesterday! ♡

You are fine. If you were miscarrying you would know it. My symptoms faded around that time too. It is perfectly normal. Try not to panic because your baby doesn't need the stress. This is my second child and my symptoms faded around the same time last time as well. It is very normal. Relax enjoy the holiday and try to feel blessed that you are having this wonderful little baby. Happy turkey day!

Do you have a home Doppler? It may be worth investing in. I'm thinking about doing so I can have more peace of mind. I'm 10+4 I have had 3 mc in the past two years in the 4-7 weeks but I am still nervous.
