no question. just venting

I'm 27 weeks today and I'm just tired, and my hips have started hurting. I didn't feel like this with my first but that was 8 yes ago. I'm just complaining!

I had my first... Super easy pregnancy, no sickness, very few aches or pains. The 2nd was born 5 yrs after, and I had so much hip pain. Now prego with my 3rd (the two little one will be 19 months apart :-0) my last two pregnancies I get sooo much hip pain, this time it started around 22 weeks (26 wks now). What REALLY helped was stretching (yoga) if you don't have time to do a full pregnancy yoga class (I just have a home DVD-no time for a class). Try stretching before bed and in the am even if it's just 5 mins. One yoga pose that does wonders is the Warrior Pose (modify it to were it's comfortable- it helps if your next to the wall or chair if you need extra balance). Also walking helps.
