no symptoms

Hi everyone! I'm pregnant with my second child and so excited :) i am 6 weeks and 6 days pregnant and have had zero symptoms so far, other than a missed period.  I have my first dr appt tomorrow, but I am a little nervous because of the lack of symptoms.  With my first,  I had symptoms way earlier. I just hope everything is okay, anyone else experience no symptoms at this stage?

I'm 7 w 1d and nothing here. Big boobs (for me at least) and a bit tires occasionally. I'm not going to complain about it. The "I don't feel like I'm pregnant yet," will come with time. I prefer this to the alternative.

I'm 6 weeks 4 days pregnant and confirmed having identical twins and have had no symptoms at all. But while pregnant with my son I had severe sickness and exhaustion.

Same here, I can't believe untill the doc confirmes it. Sacred as ive been ttc for a year and half now im am very scared after I had my right tube removed last February. I feel as if not having any ssymptoms is bad other than a missed period soar breast and a bit of cramping!!

I'm the same way. It's my first pregnancy and I'm 6 weeks and 5 days and I don't have many symptoms at all. Swollen/sometimes tender breasts, missed period, frequent bathroom trips and occasional cramping. No nausea/vomiting or food aversion.  My first appointment is Friday. I'm so nervous! I hope everything goes well! I feel like I can't really believe it until the doctor says it's real. :-)
