feels like an oncoming menstrual cycle

Hey ladies so I am almost 38 weeks and he has dropped to the point where it is soooo difficult to walk.  Today I actually feel almost like I'm coming on my period.  U know the mild cramps, the feeling that u r leaking or bleeding on urself.  I know I'm not, but that's what it feels like and when I wipe I'm starting to see just a little pink.  But the "leakage" feeling is getting worse by the minute, and I'm not where I can check.  Didn't happen like this last time so, not sure what to think....

38 +2 and have had the same feeling since 35 weeks but I  still holding out hope

I am 38 weeks with every single thing that u mentioned but i dont have the pinkish on tissue. Only thing is.... I dont have discharge on toilet paper when i wipe. I can feel it inside though. Its awefully wet and slimy!.
