So I'm 31 weeks now and went to the Dr last week where she told me my little man is head down and that is what is causing all the pressure down near my hoo ha area , how soon did your baby's turn, she even said it's early for him to be like this and is there anything I can do to relive this pain/pressure sometimes it's really bad

A maternity belt may help alleviate some pressure.

Get on all 4s and arch your back keep doing it froe a while should help  to move baby

I am 31 weeks as well my baby was head first since 20 weeks and since then I had horrible pressure  and pain down there. All of a sudden that went away I found out at my 3d ultrasound  that he is now breached Wichita *****.
