pelvic pain

I'm 7w5d and I was laying down and all of a sudden I got this throbbing pain right above my pubic area. It's not period like cramps because those are normally a little higher. I'm really worried something may be wrong. There isn't any blood either

Brittany, follow your instinct.  If you have one sided pelvic pain that not only persists but getting worse over time, go to your OB and get an ultrasound whether or not you are bleeding.  It could be ectopic which would be life threatening if ruptured.  But if your pain shifts location or feels like generalized cramping, I wouldn't worry much.

?round ligament pain? I was about as far as u are when I sneezed in bed one night and had this horrendous pain, I was too scared to move!! I think if u go by the general rule of if there is no bleeding then it's harmless but maybe see a doctor or obstetrician if your concerned. I'm nearly 11 wks and have all sorts of aches and pains but I'm assuming it's just everything making room
