I just used a clear blue digital pregnancy test and it was positive, I am 3-4 weeks pregnant, when should I start taking vitamins?

Sorry I'm not a lady but, it's actually recommended to take prenatal vitamins even before your pregnant. A recommend dose of 400mcg of folic acid pre conception and a prenatal vitamin with 600mcg for when you are pregnant. It's important to take that to reduce chances of neural tube defects as the embryo is forming it's own nervous system and major organs.

Try natural suppliments until ur doctor prescribe pills. Whereever you are from, usually initial startup will be with folic latervcalcium iron multivitamins etc wil be prescribed from doctors. Eat carrot and apple. Drink milk. N milk supplements. Stay away from dark chocolates. I started my folic through pils in my 10th week its little late actually but it was ok for me and my baby.I always took natural suppliments from the time of conception.

Usually it's better to wait for your doctor to prescribe your prenatals. At my first appointment, I received alot of samples to try. That way, you can get the vitamins that better fit you!
