I took a pregnancy test a few days ago and it was positive i should be around 4 weeks and im cramping alot i have been for the last week is this normal?

Hi I am exactly the same 4 weeks 3 days and have stomach cramps and sharp pains. My doctor said this should be perfectly Normal it's just implantation and everything down there stretching and preparing x

You should be fine. There are a ton of random aches and pains during pregnancy. If it gets severe I would go in
