prenatal vitamins

Is anyone else having problems with taking prenatal vitamins?  I am extremely constipated and getting really bad gas pains.  Any advice?

Try nature made we ith DHA.  No smell or taste. They are soft gel prenatals. I like them.  Im am too constipated but I just take a stool softner and hope for the best.

No I don't take any other meds. I have read about the chewable prenatal tabs and I was going to mention them at my appointment next week.  I have just been miserable and today the pain was so bad I could barely breathe. Thanks everyone

I have to really force mine down because I'm always sick to my stomach. And they just don't taste all that well anymore

Ask your Dr see if they have iron in them.. i got chewable prenatals. Haven't had a problem i love them

Do you take any other medications? I also have hypothyroidism and my thyroid meds react badly if taken with anything else... I have to take those on an empty stomach first thing in the morning so I take my prenatal vitamins after dinner. It helps a lot.
