right side pain

The pain started yesterday afternoon while I was at work lasted a couple of hours but went away. Now I've woken up with it and it hurts pretty bad to the point I don't want to move really. Everyone says I'm fine prolly round ligament or need to go to the bathroom... I'm 13 weeks and its worrying me do you guys have any idea what it could be or what to do
