swollen legs and ankles

I work in an office where you are tied to your desk all day for 9 hours you can't get up and move around I'm 23 weeks and my legs and ankles are starting to really swell I move my ankles like they tell you to on a plane but they are starting to get sore and quite unsightly. .. any suggestions please ladies

No the managers are really not understanding u get into trouble if you walk around I do it but im not doing it enough. I think I will just have to stand at my desk thanks ladies xx

Oh man I would try and just walk in place in front of your desk every 10 min to get the blood flowing.

Can you really never get up from your desk? Even just taking a 5-10 minute bathroom walking break about every hour should help. Can you put your feet up on anything? I have been propping my feet up on my computer towers that are under my desk.
