severe dizzy spells !!??!

Does anyone else have severe dizzy spells. Im 17 weeks and 2 days and since about 14 weeks ive had some odd dizzy spells. Its almost like my blood pressure bottoms outs. My vision gets blurred and my head feels like its going to explode. Sounds are muffled like its coming through water. I get short of breath. It usually happens when im standing. Not all the time though sometimes when im setting. Makes me worry if maybe its my sugar or blood pressure or if its going to hurt the baby. Anyone else experience this?

I've had dizzy spells from the beginning. I actually found out I was pregnant after I fainted on our floor. I have always had issues with fainting though.. And my doctor says being pregnant can bring the issue out even worse. My eyes will black out etc. So I just try to be extremely careful and keep my water in take upm

Thanks. My dads wife is a diabetes  counselor and she said the same thing. Im going to the doctor today so hopefully he can give me am idea of what it is. I was just curious if it happens to others or if it seems more serious

I just had a dizzy spell the other day. It almost felt like I had been drinking. I didn't feel sick just dizzy, hot and out of it. A friend of mine who is 28 weeks had these dizzy spells with blurred vision starting at about 20 weeks. She just recently found out she has gestational diabetes.  :-( I would bring up ur symptoms with your Dr. Good luck to you and your baby
