sleep issues

Between the heart burn, acid reflux, baby kicking, big belly and insomnia can anybody get a good night's rest?! I'm 32 weeks and it's 2:06AM and im wide awake with acid reflux :( urg

I have the heartburn bottle (maalox) next to my bed. When im about to sleep i drink two sips and sleep. Its magic. Cant sleep without it. Plus im so antimedicine so u was stubburn to take anything but this past month. It really us magic. One less thing to go through. I do suffer sometimes from other things. Yesturday was on my feet 13 hours & i came to sleep & i got sick. Stayed in bathroom til 2:30am. Was excausted. Im currently 32 weeks 6 days(:

For the heartburn try pepcid it has helped me a ton and when I have it really bad I take a tums with it too that stuff has been a life saver I love it :) hope you'll feel better soon

same here.i m in d same condition since 3rd month of pregnancy....my baby keeps on kicking nd moving 24 hours...i dnt know wht she is doing inside whole day...m just waiting for these 63 days to last...

4:55 am now... Been awake since 2... I just can't get my brain to stop thinking about stuff... So frustrating, and I'm sooooooo tired... Hubby is softly snoring besides me. I wish I could join him!!! Lol ;)

A glass of cold milk is also good for hurt burn

I've been sleeping sitting up for almost a month now...can't wait to sleep laying down again!

I have had a terrible time with all of that also.  The only nights I get a decent sleep is when I take Benedryl. I take it about once a week now and going to ask the Dr tomorrow if I can take it more so I don't lose my sanity!
