sleep

I am only 7weeks pregnant and I can't sleep at all! It takes till 4:30-5am till I actually fall asleep. Why is this happening?! How can I get some sleep no matter what time I start to go to bed it's the same every night!

Anxiety is normal during pregnancy. Try to drink a glass of warm milk before bedtime. Try to lay down in bed and do nothing...dont read and do not use ur gadgets to avoid stimulation. Close your eyes and do deep breathing. Then try visualization techinque. Also , try exercising during daytime. It releases tension/anxiety and improves appetite.  I do that all the time when i find it hard to sleep.
