I hurt to roll over, sit up, stand up, lay down... all of it! It's normal, but if it feels really severe definitely tell your doc. It happens because our core muscles are really weak right now. We'll be able to tighten back up after the babies are born. Just take it easy, try sitting up before switching sides, or try propping up more with pillows. Good luck!
I'm having the same problems and I'm 34 weeks. I've been miserable for the last week and my doctor said its normal. She suggested Tylenol, but it doesn't fully take any pain away.
Mines is diffentley not from kicks lol thats what worries me . It hurts literally to move one side to another
I've had soreness too, especially in the spots when baby likes to kick. Some nights I can't lay on my side because of it, but it is more of a tenderness than cramps or muscular pain. I haven't asked my doc about it because I forget once I get to my appointments. I'm 34w 4d
