stomach achy feeling

18 weeks here. I feel like I have a stomach ache and  pain in my left side closer to my back but its bearable but umcomforatble

Are you slightly constipated? your bowls go down your left side. I have had a lot of issues down my left side this pregnancy especially between weeks 12 and 18. Let your dr know if its continues, unbearable or constant.  
I hope it sorts it self out quickly.

Burning when you urinate, cloudy urine, strong smelling urine, needing to pee all the time but passing small amounts, pain in your side like u said could be a kidney infection (infection that's traveled up from your urinary tract to your kidney) just a thought, if ur doctor/obstertrician/midwife etc checks your urine when u see them they would be able to see if you have an infection

Maybe just double check that the pain near ur back isn't kidney pain from a uti

I've had similar, I'm 20w 1d... Think it's just everything shifting upwards, outwards etc lol
