13 weeks and pain..

I feel like the pains progess the further along I am.I never spotted or bleed but the pains seem more current. In my lower back on both sides and vag pain for the past two days. The vag pain doesnt last too long but its still uncomfertable but bareable.

Does it feel like  cramps? If so i was told its normal  growing  pains
