18 yrs old. First time mom.

I am 14 weeks and three days and feel little baby flutters. I used to be really insecure with my body and think that my PPD is going to be really bad. I've had depression problems throughout my pregnancy already and it makes me nervous. I also have a question about acne... Mine has gotten pretty bad is there any suggestions to help with that? And I've had very bad morning sickness all day throughout this whole pregnancy when will it go away? I can't do much because it gets bad when I am up and moving so I feel useless.

I use to suck on peppermints or drink peppermint tea and it helps a lot.

I've had depression but usually pregnancy makes me feel better. Somedays I do get down about mostly life situations. I just take it day by day, but if it gets to bad don't feel bad to talk to someone about it. Also I usually use just use rubbing alcohol for acne breakouts. I've had horrible morning sickness all day and still do I'm 16 weeks and 5 days. I just puked my guts out (tmi) I take zofran but I still have it. I'm starting to think its probably not going to go away :( This is my second pregnancy and its completely different from my first which was super easy!! You can try childrens motion sickness chewable tablets or get something for your Dr intell it gets better. Hope u start feeling better I know its hard!

I'm 18 and a first time mom, I've also had depression in the past and I know my ppd is going to be bad. For acne, I recommend facial scrub by clean and clear and also vitamin D pills help. My morning sickness was bad too, but after 16 weeks I felt better. Bacon and oj helps me and also walking can get rid of it after a few minutes.
