swollen feet?

Ftm so I'm wondering why now at 37 weeks are my feet starting to puff up? Is this normal? Should I worry?

I'm also 37 and just started swelling this week. No high bp or protein in the urine, just normal swelling. It's summer here so I guess I'm needing more water to make up for how much I'm sweating. Keep hydrated and avoid salty foods.

Exact same thing happened to me.  The swelling is not too bad and I consider myself lucky.  I've been resting the past few days and am well hydrated but no change. If I start to develop elephant feet I'll get concerned and call my doc.

Your body is more than likely telling you to drink more fluids ironically the best way to combat fluid retention is to increase how much you drink.
